Those are some terrible accents.

Am I the only one that noticed that Driver's head looked super disproportioned to his body in that first shot?

Anyways - looks pretty meh.

Scorsese is one of my favorites and I can usually deal with slow paced "boring" movies. This absolutely stunk.

This is a personal film in the worst sense. Ingmar Bergman can pull this stuff off, so it can be done. But not Scorsese. Garfield is not awful, but he neither has the weight nor the authority to pull this role off in the manner it requires.
