Should Rogers Centre serve beer in plastic cups?

I can't believe they were still selling it in cans.

Over here people are usually the last to react to something but even we had cans banned years and years ago from all sporting events.

They brought back cans in 2011. Before that it was plastic cups. They brought back cans to speed up the line-ups, I assume.

They had a really slow system in place at the Rogers Centre, at least they did for the Argos game I attended years ago. I recall going out for a beer at half time, waiting a long time in a line-up and not getting back to my seat until nearly the end of the 3rd quarter. The same girl that took my money for the beer also poured the beer into the cup. Could you make a system any slower? At least at Ticat games they have separate people pouring the beers and taking the money. Much faster.

It was almost like the Rogers Centre wanted to make the Argo game less enjoyable...hmmm.

There's still places that sell bottles and cans directly to fans without pouring them in glasses?
