Should college basketball actually have jump balls?

Also should they allow teams to move the ball with a timeout?

These are arguably the two things I hate the most about the college game. Most importantly that they don't have the jump ball.

Yes to jump balls, no to advancing the ball to half court late in the game...

The possession arrow rule is soooooooooo dumb.

I've never understood it. I think most of the NBA rules are dumb but that's one they got right. My guess to the possession arrow argument is that "talent isn't fair" although the guys jumping it up are the ones who tied it up.

Meh, I don't really care about it. It's nice to have the game go about 30 seconds faster.

I mean but late in the game...tie game and possession is decided by an arrow? Maybe they need to find a time in the game. Like last 5 minutes or something. Last 2? Like when hack a can't work in the NBA.
