Jones has been pretty garbage to start this season. I like Sid's chances to keep his scoring tear going.

I'll miss tonights game...a work buddy has a gig at a night club and over 200 people will be there. My anxiety is going to be out the wazoo! GO PENS!

5-1 Pens if we have Murray in net
4-2 Sharks if we have Fleury in net

To continue, I think most people on this board know that I have the largest hard on for Tommy. In my mind he has played some good hockey lately, but his last regular season may be some kind of smokescreen for me. When he was the most productive of the kids, even when he only played on the fourth line, getting a majority of defensive zone starts (which the others didn't) and also being on the penalty killing unit.

Or maybe it's Cullen's greatness who creates this illusion for me?

Maybe Kunitz will be sat the next time instead...

Sounds like a dream to me.

No illusion. Lots to love about his game.

He has a lot of nice tools, but they all seem offset by his skating. His avg skating is why I was never high on him. He did transform himself into a defensive specialist when he turned pro, which is why he is with the big club now. He deserves props for that.

His skating is ok w/o the puck, but he really seems to struggle when he is carrying it.

The Sharks always come out flying in their building. If we don't match that, we'll get run right out of there.

Noticed Josh Ho-Sang playing for the Tigers. Don't follow juniors/AHL closely, but isn't he the one everyone already loves to hate?

Yep. And with good cause.

I actively root for him to fail, and I've never done that for a prospect. Entitled beyond belief and blaming everyone else for his problems since Day One.

Last second change...FLEURY IS IN NET!!! he took the net back and was all smiles in the lockerroom, meanwhile Murray looked pissed and was saying he wishes to be traded under his breath.

it's murray, what're you worried about

even if he gives up goals it'll be while looking calm and composed

Fleury wins are usually more stressful than Murray losses.

When I watch Murray, I'm never thinking "What the **** are you doing?!". It's a pretty regular occurrence with MAF.

I didn't have that impression seeing him live at the season opener or subsequently since on tv. Perhaps he is below average on technical skating skills (turns, stops, etc.), but his first 3 steps are quick and impressive. He has blown by more that a few defenders this year already. Just look at that play a few games back where he turned a defensive zone draw in to an Eric Fehr goal.
