In these Habs darkest days, I'm bringring a story about the great Mozyakin. The article was released on February 2nd by Kyle Cushman.

Considering that Mozyakin still has one more year with the Magnitogorsk Metallurg, would it be still possible to see him in the NHL next year? He said that he didn't want to join a team that isn't a Cup contender (when Columbus approached him in 2002 without any results).

If there was a possibility to sign him in Montreal, would you guys do it and for how much ?

He'll never come over, but I'd sign him to a one-year, $4.5M contract if possible. He's an incredible leader for Magnitka, I watched him outplay Radulov in the Gagarin Cup final last year to win it in 7 games and take the playoff MVP award. He's lined up for yet another scoring title and MVP.

Mozyakin could fill a hole in the top 6 for sure. You could do an all-Russian line with Mozyakin, Radulov and the half-Russian Galchenyuk.
