Glad to hear this as well. Investment in scouting and player development is important/vital for a budget team. The costs of coaching and scouting is nothing compared to player contracts. Anything that lends to selecting the right players and developing them when you get them is a good thing.

De Blois was the Quebec regional scout for the Sea Dogs when Chabot would have been drafted by them. Sea Dogs won the Q shortly after he was made head scout
