As we have been doing since 2004, we are going to use the HF criterias for prospect eligibility (less than 65 NHL games and under 25 y/o). Anyway, I don't see a debate for any candidate this year so that makes it easier

Remember to vote based on all factors and not just NHL readiness. Overall skillset, hockey IQ, upside potential vs floor, age, stats, skating ability, array of shots, leadership qualities, size/strength, etc

Personally, I always ask myself, who would I draft BPA among these players?

Try to do some research on these kids, particularly the most recent ones. People are free to post links and videos about some of the prospects that should be voted soon, or even try to persuade others why a guy should be voted next! Spread info to help people vote.

Graduated players from 2021 (who are still in the organization) :

Erik Brännström and Alex Formenton. I'm also not including Vitali Abramov as he won't be back to NA before 25 y/o at least

To be added :

Theo Wallberg
Tyson Dyck
Chandler Romeo
Kristians Rubins
Jonny Tychonick
Luke Loheit

Similar, I would have Kastelic in the top 10 & Thomson just outside it.

Everytime I watch the Ott 67s I think Jack Matiere RD would make a good partner for Tyler Kleven LD. Both are mobile two way defencemen who are good in all zones.

Donovan and Reinhardt are solid prospects.

To foment discussion, I will advocate for Stephen Halliday. He had second-highest USHL point production last year, albeit as an older player. His production with Ohio State has been solid so far this year, above a point per game. He has ample size, although I am somewhat skeptical of big prospects who are average or weak skaters.

Abramov still counts....weird.

Well, he's still 24 y/o and the Sens own his NHL rights but it's unlikely he comes back soon and he's not tearing up the KHL anyway

I might just take him off next poll

And I messed up having him twice, it was meant to be Jakov Novak
