Just as an update, theres been no indication of postponing the game.

And as a second update with non official news, I work about 2 miles from scottrade center, and the area likely will not be affected. The sens will likely get out of the airport and to the stadium before anything on a highway might happen, and the level of security at the game should be fairly high.

I'm not sure and honestly for the safety of human beings wouldn't mind if they cancelled. But you would think they would have postponed it by now if that were the intent.

If the Senators are in St Louis already (which why wouldn't they be?) it should be on. Scottrade is relatively close to the riots but not close enough.
