Hi, i am in a keeper league and this year, i dont have any first round pick ...my best pick will be like 50-55 overall.

All years, everyone in this league mainly draft following the ISS final listing.

I realy need a good Two-way or Offensive Dmen...

Wich one do you think i can get at this rank ? ( 50-55 )

thx.

Ryan Sproul.. late bloomer, scored as many goals as Ryan Ellis and Ryan Murphy in the second half of the OHL season. 6'4' and can skate well, not great defensively and not very physical yet but he is a PP quarter back.

Joe Morrow could still be available in that range, especially in a keeper league where defenseman tend to carry slightly less value.
