Seattle GM: Likely Francis (UPD: Francis Named GM 7/18/19)

Teams are beginning to make their coaching changes post-playoffs; Caps just hired Laviolette whom I've always liked.

A thing I've been thinking about is whether or not Francis has considered hiring his first choice of candidate early in order to secure his guy before he gets snatched up.
The downside of being more than a year away from the first game....would be strange to take a job while having nobody to coach.

According to NHL Trade Rumors we've selected our first head coach and it will be Gerard Gallant.
