Gentlemen,

it was a pleasure to experience this season with you. We hoped, cheered, cursed and lost our minds together. And though the end was as painful as can be, we should look to the future with a smile on our faces. We ARE on the right path, no matter what the trolling faction wants us to believe. We were basically 6 weeks longer in the race than last yr. If you are telling me that is not progress, I will not believe you. Rome wasn't built in one day, rebuilds take time.

So, let us hand out the report cards to the team (include the coaches and Stevie if you like). Feel free to add your reasoning and what improvements you wanna see from the individual.
