he needs to have a good season in the AHL first. he hasn't been great this year.

He had a great first game playing with Nilsson... with 2g 1a. If he keeps this up, and given the Oiler's situation, he might get a few games with the big club this year.

But who knows, knowing MacT, he might try to turn him into a Peca

it depends on if the Oilers sign some free agents or not. If they decide to let the kids play next year, Grebeshkov, Nilsson, and Schremp should all see a lot playing time.
