Cant say I know a whole lot about him...

I do remember him getting a cup of coffee in the NHL a few seasons back with New Jersey, and remember he looked fantastic.

Just looking at his numbers in AZ last year (only 20game sample size, though, on a crap team), it looks like he struggled.
I don't want to be one of those people who just looks at the stat line and tries to pretend I know something about the player... lol

Wedgewood is a solid goalie, I remember him stealing a few games against Utica when he played in Albany.

This is fine for depth purposes. Much more comfortable of a feeling than that of Matt Hackett in the same position on the depth chart.
