Russian Flag Question...

A question for the Russians here.

I always thought the red bar on your flag should be on the bottom with the white bar on top.
The flag display on the video display (centre-ice and other graphics) have it reversed.
Since I don't trust much from the various websites I wonder which way is correct?

you're actually right. red on the bottom, white on top.
