While it is somewhat unfair to Larsson, he's not wrong though. To the city, Hall meant a lot. Larsson will probably have an insane amount of pressure on him and there will be a lot of flack, just or not, if the team doesn't make tangible improvements [ie playoffs]

I don't think so, not to the extent many seem to think. Hall was great, Larsson is good and will be great. No one will forget Hall, but people will appreciate Larsson a lot.
