Pionk and Schmitt are both liabilities in the defensive end. Both are signed for another year and that's one year too many.

Seems like Pionk along with Apples have a mystical spell on the coaching staff I expect both back next year, as for Schmidt the bold move would be to buy him out and let him take his comedy show somewhere else.

Too much loyalty in this organization...Pionk should of been out of the lineup a long time ago based on his play
