And he missed two games.

Honestly the best part about the whole deal is when he said that Buffalo was on him before he broke out in Sweden. Speaks very well of our scouting over there. As does the rise of out of nowhere pick Laaksonen.

I figure if you have a defenseman leading the entire league in points thats hes probably ready for the next step......

I’ve watched more Amerks games this year than I haven’t and I thought after the first handful that he was an nhl player playing in the minors as opposed to an nhl prospect playing in the minors.

It’s not hurting anything but once there’s a spot he’s the guy.

If the Marlies continue their poor trajectory I wonder if we could work out a deal for Chris Mueller. Amerks could really use a guy like that.

Sexton said before the year started that they wanted a scoring center. Thought it was the one big hole.

Wonder if they look at a goaltending upgrade if Wedgewood doesn't get his act together. Wilcox is fine, but he's not going to carry the load.

Wedgewood has been a colossal disappointment, I expected much better from him going into the season. Luukonen will be a massive upgrade in net once he gets here, though that's at least a year or two out.

Good to hear. I'm hoping he can make the jump to the AHL next year. The clock is ticking on his career as he is will be 24 at the start of next year and only has 14 AHL games under his belt in this his 3rd professional season.

Is it possible to have the next game in the title like the Bills thread.
Thank you!
