If playoffs would have been so beneficial for Bjork and the team why did Adams give him away for free? How come Bjork didn't beg to stay?

Players in these situations don't usually go back to the AHL.

Because the Blackhawks had an NHL spot for Bjork at the end of last year and doing right by a player can hold a lot more weight especially when you are trying to sign other free agents or resign players.

Bjork had been asked to be dealt and they did him a solid by sending him to Chicago where he is from.

Jost and Clague, there is no indication either asked to go somewhere nor is there really a market for them.

Looking at just this week:

- Zach Aston-Reese went back to Grand Rapids
- Nick Blankenberg went back to Cleveland
- Hinostroza went back to WBS
- Fix-Wolansky went up and back between Columbus and Cleveland a couple times.

Teams assign fringe vets all the time to help drive their development teams deeper into the playoffs. It should have been done here too.

All those players combined played less NHL games than Jost did this season.

And...? He's under contract to the organization and was their 14th forward at best. He was in the minors on clear day. That's the job and there are plenty of other vets going back to help their organization win playoff games.

That icing was somehow worse than the Montreal one last night. Dude shortarmed it because he caught up to the thing

No diss at a legend, but Don Stevens has botched multiple calls lately.

Kulich's shorty the other night he called Jobst.

Tonight, Kulich's goal is Kisakov.

To be fair…99% of his botches are Kulich related. You’d think he would spot the team’s leading goal scorer the last two years easier. But boy…he does not.

I don’t think they’re playing well but Kulich and Rosen have gotten hot and Levi is a stud. Imagine if they were playing well. Get that sorted by the playoffs and you are dangerous.
