Sad news.

That first season and his fight against forest got me into MMA and the UFC.

That’s sad. I know he had some health and other problems since retiring. Now he won’t a chance to rebound. RIP.

He was never a champ but you don’t last close to 10 years in the top league of your sport without being really good.

Yeah, very solid career from Bonnar. Had the exciting fight with Griffin but never really got himself back to that level, though strung a few mins together near the end.

Won't speculate too much on his death but sudden heart failure means we will likely hear the rest over time.
