After 4 decades of operation of the Richmond Coliseum (1969-2019), Henrico County is moving forward to the next phase of arena.....

SMG had managed this facility through its existence.....

notable tenants:

Virginia Squires 1971-76 (ABA, 1st to have Julius Erving as a notable star);
Richmond Robins 1971-76 (AHL);
VCU Rams (CAA) 1971-99;
Richmond Renegades (ECHL) 1990-2003;
Richmond Riverdogs (UHL) 2003-06;
Richmond Renegades (SPHL) 2006-09
