Prior to 1965 you have to wonder how much more there would be.

Side note: Bure is perhaps one win away from doing this in 1994. Although many can argue McLean gets it ahead of him. Or you can argue Gretzky could have gotten it in 1987.

But prior to 1965 we can take a guess and say that the winners who led the NHL in goals are:

Conacher - 1932
Richard - 1947
Beliveau - 1956
Howe - 1963 (in a losing cause maybe?)

Yeah, wow. That's it by my count. Even so, these are simply projections and guesses that they win although Beliveau would have been a lock cinch in 1956.
