The number of draftees continues to stay high for Sweden and has been like that the past few years. This seemed unimaginable when they were saved in the relegation rounds of the WJC two years in a row 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 when they were at rock bottom. I remember hearing of a development program they used to turn things around. How exactly did they change their program around so quickly and start developing elite talent again like they are right now?
