I had to watch this game in some random sports bar in Palo Alto. My wife flew out in her Canes jersey for the occasion. We about tore the place up after Walker buried it.

Eventually, we will win a game in the conference finals again. Hard to believe that was the last playoff win for us until Game 3 against Washington last year.

I've said this many times, but this is still probably my favorite series outside the Edmonton series. Boston swept the Canes in the regular season and the games were not close, and the Canes were expected to go out in 5, tops. Games 3 and 4 are among the loudest I've heard PNC Arena.

One of those series that makes the Stanley Cup Playoffs the best. You just never know who is going to win.

Haha yeah I remember that. That face-off shouldn't have been in the Canes zone, Thomas came out of his net to play the puck. Tripp was going nuts over that call and of course Boston scored off of it.

Thankfully in the end it didn't matter.
