OT: Restaurants with free WiFi downtown

I'm going to be in the GTA from Wednesday to Sunday. I will be flying in on Porter to City Centre Airport and will take the shuttle to the area near Union Station. I will have a couple hours to kill downtown before I take the train to the stop closest to my boyfriend's work in Mississauga, so I thought I would have lunch downtown.

I'm looking to eat somewhere on or within a block or two of Front Street and Union Station. I do have a smartphone, but since I'm an American, I'd prefer not racking up a huge bill and don't feel like purchasing an international plan just for a visit of a few days.

I was considering going to Jack Astor's there on Front Street (the one near Loose Moose), but a poster at Yelp mentioned the WiFi there is terrible. What good restaurants in that proximity offer free WiFi?

Pretty good? I was on my phone and didn't have any issues. But this was during breakfast, that place fills up completely during the lunch hours.

I'd assume most restaurants downtown offer free wifi for customers? Though I haven't been to Toronto in 20 years.
