Even back in 1972-73 they had 12, on a current pace for 11. They have already set a team record for most consecutive games without a regulation win and can add to it until they finally win one.

I think the Isles will end up with 13 ROWs... They'll pick up "garbage time" in March/April when contenders take nights off. I think the Isles will go 18-48-16 for a paltry 54pts..., honest projection...
