it is about time as he was the number 7th pick in 2013, I hope he is not a freaking dud.

Relax. He's 19. They were overaggressive with his placement, and I'm sure they messed with his mechanics over the winter.

The Cubs had three of the top eight in Keith law's latest top fifty.

They have a brilliant farm system and they only added to it by getting Russell.

Safe to say this is a "loser leaves town" type of series.

Both teams are right on the edge of the cliff. A series win for one side likely sinks the other.

It's ok. The Sox get R.A Dickey, so that's pretty much a win for you guys. (lost 6 of his last 7 starts.)

Then again the Jays get Bucholz too.

I knew that they wouldn't be able to susteain the type of play they had when they were tearing it up, but this is ridiculous.
