PP1: Starshinov-Nighbor-St Louis-Harvey-Ruotsalainen
PP2: Northcott-Linseman-Smith-Noble-Green

I like it. I don't think Starshinov is a particularly strong even strength center at this level, but he was at his best around the net, and he should put that to good use on the power play. And St. Louis' resume keeps getting better and better. The second PP isn't all that great, but that's the downside to focusing on two-way forwards.
