Major update:
- Now have the ability to trade picks at the start of the draft or as the draft goes along (it will pause the draft if you initiate a trade). Before the draft starts, you can also choose the speed at which each AI pick is done. The default one is 200ms (the one we've all been using since the beginning), but you can choose to slow it down so you can react more efficiently to AI picks when that big defensive defenseman drops and want to feel like Steve Yzerman and possibly to trade up to draft the next Brady Cleveland. You can also ignore this feature and use the tool the same as before if you don't care about using it.

- New rankings based on McKenzie's midterms + the new Central Scouting final rankings. Let me know if someone's interested in having only the Central Scouting final rankings since you might consider McKenzie's midterms to be outdated.

- New draft picks based on the current standings. It will ignore the games from today for now as I don't think it will affect the standings much, especially for the Red Wings. I will wait until the playoffs are done to make another update on the picks.
