I did a bit of an average over the year based on the respective rankings of THN, RLR, ISS, McKeens and CSB (didn't include TSN's latest). Each was given an equal ranking to create an average and as for CSB, Euro rankings were multipled by 5 starting with the 2nd ranking player to respect the fact that around 6 Euro skaters will be taken per round (can be higher or lower). So specifically, for CSB Euro, Cherapanov got a 1, Backlund a 5 and Eller a 10 (a little high for each perhaps, but balances out over time). Similar multiples were applied to goalies.

The following are the rankings and average rank, the latter of which shows some specific tiers.

1.2 Patrick Kane
2.4 Kyle Turris
3.2 James Van Riemsdyk
4.2 Jakub Voracek
5.4 Alexei Cherepanov
5.6 Karl Alzner
6.8 Sam Gagner Noticeable gap after the top 7.
11.2 Angelo Esposito
11.2 Logan Couture
11.4 Zach Hamill
11.8 Keaton Ellerby Another tier.
15.6 Ryan McDonagh
16.6 Nick Petrecki Another small Gap
18.8 Lars Eller A tweener
20.6 Kevin Shattenkirk
21.0 Max Pacioretty
21.0 Maxim Mayorov
21.2 Mikael Backlund Tier
23.0 Oscar Moller
23.6 Jonathan Blum
23.8 Brandon Sutter
24.0 Colton Gillies
24.0 Thomas Hickey Tier
27.6 Dana Tyrell
27.8 Logan MacMillan
29.2 David Perron
30.6 Jeremy Smith
31.0 Patrick White
31.6 Bill Sweatt
31.8 Mark Katic
32.0 Brett MacLean
32.8 James O'Brien
33.6 Tommy Cross
33.8 Michal Repik Tier
35.6 Joakim Andersson
36.3 Simon Hjalmarsson
37.0 Alex Plante
37.8 Stefan Legein
38.0 Sergei Korostin
38.4 Keven Veilleux Tier
41.8 Ian Cole
42.5 Ruslan Bashkirov
42.8 Mike Hoeffel
44.7 Riley Nash
45.0 Luca Cunti
45.8 Kevin Marshall
47.0 Nico Sacchetti
47.3 Nichlas Torp
50.3 Nick Ross

The average doesn't indicate the variance of course. For instance, two similarly rated players like McDonagh and Petrecki are quite different in that McDonagh's rating ranges between #8 and #30, where as Petrecki is pretty consistent and ranges only between #14 to #21.

Obviously someone else with Excel :)

Actually, they included TSN, which is better, although that ranking is missing some individual rankings for McKeens and they decided not to try and incorporate the Euro CSB in any way. Either way, obviously very similar given we both took averages.
