What are we judging it on? Assuming it's for a fantasy league, is a guy's value based on real stats or is it sim based? How many teams are in your league?

It's for a 30 team sim league. Every player gets rated on a number of aspects and has an overall rating as well. The guys who rank these players do a good job.

So if an NHL team in rebuild mode with no real strengths or weaknesses ended up with the following draft would you consider it to be a good draft or a bad draft? Who did I pick too high? Who was a good pick for where I got them?
