Wilson played great (and has returned to form quickly) but we can’t pretend some players haven’t played poorly this season because of one great game. (E.g. Oshie played great but his season has been shit, likewise with Kuzy)

Nice to see the boys can still win a game!

This was the first game since Boston where every single player didn't play like complete shit. Osh, Kuz, Kemps, Wilson all had good days. Ovi had some nice plays in there too. If they're able to steal a win tomorrow (especially in regulation) they may get a few buttholes to pucker up around here again.

I feel like we do this every year of late. Have the late winter losing streak and then squeak in the playoffs. After winning the cup the regular season has never been less meaningful to the boys. In their defense it is a marathon the guys have countless injuries and they are expected to play through. Just like the NFL.

We are a viable team when we flip the switch and play a heavy game. Its really seems that simple. I think players try and do just enough to win to save it up for the loffs but in a tight league its not easy to do that.
