We have baby soft superstars that seem to get softer each year. Just ridiculously soft compared to other teams who always skate hard towards pucks but not our group.

You can only win so many games in the NHL playing as poorly as the Rangers have. They are lucky to have 6 wins with the way they have played as a team. Something has to change with this line up. They are what 10 games in and nothing is changing in terms of a team learning a new system or cohesiveness.

That’s the concern right? They still look like crap and really don’t seem to be getting any better. They’ve getting caved in by just about every team they play.

Said it earlier but shesterkin was fighting the puck all night. Just couldn’t locate it and sure enough that’s how the game ends. He was tremendous again but just wasn’t as sharp with his control.

he’s the LAST person you blame for the loss.

This should be a lesson learned tonight

serious concerns over kakko and lafreniere. And really concerned about Chytil who is regressing here.

Game was over when they didn’t score that 5 on 3. The offense is putrid, something has to change in that department

Embarrassing effort. I’ve never seen a softer team in the offensive zone. No one wants to shoot or go to the net.

Season is going nowhere if they want to just skate around the perimeter giving the puck away and it starts with the top guys

Embarassing effort? Thats a little dramatic don't ya think.

The Rangers skated hard all night.

They made some key mistakes. But, they didn't play poorly.

They got a point. Didn't get the other but they didn't deserve two last game.

It evened out.

Ok Stevie if you are gonna blame K'Andre for first let's see you blame our superstar in the making Laffy boy on the second.

Got a point, Zibanejad and Panarin finally scored, PP was way better, and after the momentum shift we hung on and nearly won the game on the final PP (Demko bailed the Canucks out there). The only problem is another stale game from some of the kids. I expect them to get hot eventually. Someone unironically is saying we should trade Laf or Kakko for Miller; A splendid reminder as to why I never post in the game threads.

Serious question: would it be possible for Rangers to trade Laf and Kakko for Eichel ? Can they add him under the cap?

Many complain about the fact that Laf and Kakko aren’t scoring. Many shoot them down as impatient.

What does the org and coaching staff see in these guys? They don’t use them like potential superstar scorers. Why not?
very good point. They didn't even sniff ice time in overtime.
