Yeah, they obviously know him well. He was a really good player in college. Captained that team IIRC. I don't remember if Philly chose not to sign him or if he chose not to sign with them but he was very highly regarded as a college free agent. I guess his game didn't translate.

I'm curious, too. I was a fan of his in college and hoped we could sign him when he became a free agent. Once he went to Vancouver though I lost track of him. Those prospects that end up playing out west, it's hard to keep tabs on them because you don't see Hartford playing them.
