what would it take to acquire Skjei?

Rangers LHD depth now that McDonagh is gone:

1. Skjei
2. Marc ****ing Staal

Skjei is pretty much close to untouchable unless someone wants to offer something stupid.

What would the Rangers reasonably give up to move up to 4? Feel free to make one proposal under the assumption that your personal top 3 all go in the top 3 and another under the assumption that your 3rd ranked player is available.

I would do 9 and 26 to go to 4. I'm not giving all three 1sts though and would be hoping Zadina is there.

I could see the Rangers trading up for Svechnikov/Zadina with either Carolina/Montreal. When you think about it Carolina has a better option on who to pick that low and could budge for more out of NYR.
