He made a massive mistake(who knows if he has a history of this) but to muhc is given much is expected - Randy Lee will never be in a prominent position with an NHL club ever again and whether he was good or bad at his job, he earned it, and he let it get away from him and that's gotta sting a guy in the deepest part of your soul.

Hopefully whatever creepy habits he has he gets them under control or he already has.
