As long as I’m doing my math correctly, get 2 points out of the Rangers and we are back on 6 points every 5 games pace, a quarter of the way through the season.

Crazy to think we're only 3 points behind the devils (for multiple reasons) granted the division is packed so tightly together we're still closer to the bottom.

I have grown to despise the Rangers, despite growing up in NYC and liking them as a kid. Their fans are obnoxious, and there are far, far too many of them at our games.(Although interestingly enough, this is not the case when the Isles are in town)

I want Trump to build that wall...on the Virginia/North Carolina border. Stop moving down here, Rangers fans! I came here to get away from y'all.

That’s the trick, isn’t it? This team looks totally different when someone is actually carrying the offensive load as opposed to the “by committee” dynamic.

I like Peters choice to sit Rask, and I think he should sit another. It's not just his lack of scoring. He looks weak, and loses board battles almost every time. Not sure if he's playing injured (not likely) or just mentally not engaged. Maybe he just sucks and his couple decent seasons were a fluke.

Board battles and retaining possession along the boards were areas in which I thought he was still performing well enough. It's just that nothing ever came of it...
