Question regarding "future considerations" and trade conditions

1) Can a trade condition be voided if both sides agree to it?

For example, team A trades lottery protected 2019 First round pick or else 2020 first round pick to team B. The 2019 pick is in the lottery, can team B add a secound round 2019 pick to entice team A to trade them the 2019 pick? Both team would void the trade and instead propose 2019 1st + 2019 2nd picks. The problem I would think would be the league wouldn't like teams changing/voiding contrats after the fact.

2) Follow up would be how attentive our teams regarding future considerations. Can a team claim they never received a "future consideration" from another team?

1.) If the two teams wanted to, they could just facilitate another trade that gives them the outcome you described. So that wouldn't be a problem.
2.) I would assume Future considerations are referred to as such (see: vague), so that the league doesn't have to enforce if they are followed through on or not.

Sometimes future considerations are spelled out in the trade paperwork, and we just don’t find out what they are until later.

But that goes back to your point #1 — this could easily be solved by making a second paper-transaction.
