Question for Caps Fans

I believe this segment was on Sirius XM radio yesterday:

They were talking about Trotz new system and how difficult it was for every player to adapt to it. Then they talked about his film sessions , and there was no sugar coating flaws from superstars all the way down the roster. They said a "very established" player in particular would get carved up in these sessions and took it "personally" especially at the beginning.

Is anyone else familiar about this story ? Do you know who it is or have solid guesses ? I have one player in mind , but wont mention it in opening post (not the obvious name).

I think the consensus is -- Chimera was the guy.

Yeah, that was in Friedmann's last 30 Thoughts segment. BCF might've had the wrong link, here's where it was brought up. Chimera seems like the best guess. He talked in an interview earlier this year about some friction with the new coaching staff, I don't remember the particulars (edit: here's the article if you're interested). He was also a healthy scratch at one point during the 24/7 filming, and didn't take it particularly well.
