I hope you are right. Will be a long way to us win the gold again. More than possible but still we need a lot of luck with that. I gues the same goes with everyone else..

We have a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful team - but in all honesty, both the US and Sweden would be very likely to demolish our totally un-Finnish disorganized defence. With underachieving Canada with all the extra pressure and criticism they have to bear we have a clear chance, but really, to succeed as a team you do need a team defence and at the moment, quite late in the tournament, we still don't... And I don't care!

USA v Czechs could be a somewhat close game if we play the same as against Finland. If Vanecek stands on his head we might have a chance, otherwise I think we will loose comfortably 4:2. It will be one of those games that look close but you just know USA is playing exactly what they need and could play better if needed.
Maybe the americans could underestimate us though :naughty:

Other than that Sweden should win comfortably, just like Russia. Finland v Canada is a tricky one, I would want to play against Canada more than USA, but Canada is still pretty good team, maybe they turn it on when playoffs come :dunno: Could go either way really. Also, will Canada be considered as the outsider in this match? Not very usual.

I think USA takes it, against Sweden. However, the game will be much closer in terms of gameplay with William Nylander back.
