It’s crazy how much depth there is. I don’t think I’ve ever seen prospect depth on any team like this. But, it’s a sobering thought to review how many Kings prospects are trending toward busts. Their pool was the envy of the league 2 years ago.

Maybe “bust” is too strong, but if you’re a Kings fan, you can’t be happy with the progression of basically any of their high profile forward picks.
Vilardi, Turcotte, Byfield, Thomas (actual bust), Kupari, JAD are all underperforming their draft status

There are a lot of Kings fans who regularly complain about their development of their forwards on their board, so I don't think it's unfair to say their young forwards haven't met expectations. Just to add to your thoughts.

It's telling that none of the guys from that roster are still in the org, not even the ones that made the NHL.

Since Sova went undrafted, are they able to sign him to an ELC? Wonder if that's worth the risk to do so.

Per Adams this morning, sounds like they can. He's at their main camp so that's definitely a positive. He's impressed me.
