Teams seem to typically invite recent draft picks; priority and U18. Are there rules surrounding who they can invite as a free agent? Was digging through some rosters for 2022, I saw Florian Xhekaj at a few camps as a free agent. Who qualifies as a free agent? (Age? Draft status?)
