Karlsson finished top 5 in league scoring, Ozilins finished 35th, his only turn in the top 50.

Karl won two Norrises and was a runner up two other times. Sandis was a runner up once. Karl scored more despite being in a lower scoring era.

Unless you are claiming Ozilins was head and shoulders better defensively, there is really no argument.

Ozolinsh, because I hate Karlsson. I never really liked Ozolinsh either, but he was alright. Survived well in the era. Quick, and moved the puck quick. I always wanted the Avs to lose though so whatever.

I wish both options in the poll could lose.

Ozolinsh was one of my favorite players as a teen, I focused on skating backwards/laterally with the puck on the blueline almost solely because of him. He probably bought me another few years of competitive hockey
