Historically, only 2 preseason games have been at home and it always has been against LA and SJ. I am personally bummed because it seems like they are sticking with the 7pm start times. Especially on Fridays, it should be 7:30 so more people can fight the traffic and they can stay up later.

Edit, just noticed you are buying a membership for the season, not season tickets....ah marketing.

Better we have less home games for the preseason for obvious reasons. When the full schedule does come out though, hopefully the Coyotes won't be playing the 1st game of the season at the Kings home opener. Hopefully, we don't get anymore of this non-sense of having an home opener only to be followed by a long road trip. We if start the season at home, then have a string of games at home to follow or visa versa.

Wasn't the point of doing it last year to minimize the number of Tuesday night games in November against Carolina and to maximize the number of home games in January, when the population of the Valley is +30,000?

On that note, it appears next year's slogan is, "Together We're Full Strength".

Rumors have the Yotes opening at home (Thu Nt) vs Winnipeg. Will see if that turns out to be true.

Also, given the Coyotes are facing a long road trip around the Super Bowl, maybe we'll see more home games in October.

Then lets have the Coyotes start the season on a road trip. A win-win for both the business and team side of things.

It's much more important to have a string of home games in March/April though, in order to build up some momentum. I would think that a lot of teams aiming to be fighting for one of the last spots for the postseason would welcome that arrangement.
