I hate that top line, I get it's pre-season but I hope the only time we see something like that is next year when Ovi's a goal away. And even then, eh.

Unless Backstrom is WILDLY returned to form, none of those 3 should ever even be paired up with any of the others let alone all 3.

I'd flip Wilson and Oshie. Otherwise let's see what Backstrom has and then go from there. It seems like the top 9 are all going to get relatively equal 5v5 time. Or at least they should.

4th line looks pretty good, 3rd line has had some good moments, 1st line 50/50 because when they get hemmed in they really suck but they've also made some good plays now and then, 2nd line is iffy and just seems like it plays slower than its parts but then again, to be fair, they've also had some quality chances and I think I'm just remembering a muddy sequence a little too much

at least the scorebug isn't enormous anymore

surely eventually we'll get a rule that you still can't leap towards the goal in such a way that you knock the net off without getting that delay of game.

a loose puck is still super advantageous to Washington, taking the net off only helps one team, it should probably eventually be fixed. Granted it's a goal anyway, but I hate the weird unwillingness to call delay of game there.
