Lineup News & Notes

Despite carrying injuries into the summer months, Ville Leino (hip surgery), Brayden McNabb (knee), Tyler Myers (leg),
Tim Schaller (shoulder surgery), Alexander Sulzer (ACL) and Corey Tropp (ACL/MCL) are all reportedly healthy and
practicing with the team. Chad Ruhwedel, who missed two games last week in Traverse City with an upper-body injury,
has not missed any practice in camp and should be available.

Weekly Transactions

Buffalo invited Connor Boland, Colton Gillies and Peter Trainor to camp on tryouts, while Johnny McGuire got an invite
after Rochester signed him to an AHL SPC. Buffalo also re-signed Cody Hodson to a six-year contract ($4.25M AAV).

Buffalo went 4-1-1 in their last preseason schedule back in 2011. They also have won at least four preseason games in

among those recovering from injury.

Montreal returned Tim Bozon, Connor Crisp and Jeremy Gregoire to their junior teams yesterday and also announced the
signing of Zachary Fucale to a three-year ELC.

According to the Stats

21,273 fans watched Montreal play their final intrasquad scrimmage yesterday at the Bell Centre. The entire game can be
streamed here, with goals coming from Martin Reway, Stefan Fournier and Tomas Plekanec. They have lost their last two
preseason games against Buffalo – both at the Bell Centre.​

Are there any bars in Buffalo that will be showing the game?
Most bars should have the 9/21 and 9/25 preseason games, but this one airs on RDS in Canada, so I should think not. Most following it will be streaming that or tuned in to the radio.
