thought about giving his MOV a shot

Me as well, i dont think he will have any more special cards this season so i thought i would go with his MS card because it was going to be cheaper, turns out his mov card and ms card sells with only a 10k diffrential. First i will get my hands on ms gaborik, then mov vrbata for sure.

TOTW Girardi (lvl 88) and Leddy (lvl 88) both dropped in price so I picked both up for under 50K for both, pretty solid! TOTW 87 Leddy has been great for me so I upgraded him to an 88 and I've heard really good things about TOTW Girardi so snagged him for my 3rd pair.

Just waiting on a few to sell and gonna buy Hedman and Lundquist.

I basically have my ultimate team minus Crosby and Ovi but I've had them both multiple times and just couldn't get them going to make it worth the coins.

I'm sure Sid will make an appearance again soon because I just gotta have him on my team.

Any thoughts / ideas to switch things up?

I read that it's good to have a PLY/SNP and either a TWF or PWF on every line and I have achieved that with this roster.

Tried out Holtby....wow....flat out awful. Hopefully he sells by tomorrow so I can pick up someone else.

Also eyeing down that TOTW 88 Chara but his price is still way too high. I need more big bodies on the blue line. Right now its just all speed with Ghost, Shatty, Leddy, Murray

New D line up. Which i'm absolutely loving! 6-0 so far with my new core.

Great mix of speed and size. I went through two phases of
A)Not being fast enough on the back end to prevent breakaways or get back in time
B)Not big enough to lay on the body and tie people up, D got pushed around and abused

Had an all speed based D which did pretty good but then I got exposed. Upgraded and haven't looked back since.

Update: Now 21-5-0 with new D.

I'd get a top line RW and LW and maybe up the D a bit. TOTW cards have made my team so much better and i've gotten them for decent prices. Its a good way to get some of your favourite players with higher levels. Depending how good you are anyone could win Div 1 title with who ever they want.

I am thinking about Players like Getzlaf for the No 2 Centerspot and Carter for my 2nd line left wing. But i am not sure which Players are good and which are not. Thats the reason I would like to get a few opinions. I am also not sure if Doughty is worth nearly 190k or if I should Change to someone else (maybe Subban, Byfuglien).

I have approximately 150-200k coins per open spot remaining. Some Players can be more expensive if others are cheaper at the same time.

Two players I would consider adding to your team are TOTW or POTG Landeskog (90) at LW and TOTW Byfuglien (89) I have lesser versions of both and they are amazing for me and could fill up your roster quite nice

Virtanen International POTG and is a beast for me.

Pulled base Fleury when doing bronze collections and he's been a beast for me in 5 games so far.

Bobrovsky has probably been the best goalie I've ever used! He's been so good for me. He's currently 8-1-1 with 1.75 GAA with .929 Sv% (something along those lines) Regardless he's made some incredible saves and won me a few games I shouldn't have won.

A mix of my favorite players and stuff i deem needed for my team.

TOTW Cammy and Coyle are money. Coyle's probably my best player in the clutch.

The defense is slow, but i run a 1-3-1 (screw skill zone, 1-3-1 at least lets me pressure) so they don't run in to TOO much trouble. (unless you catch them in transition, then that's usually bad.

It may not look like much, but it's carried me to division 2 so not bad.

I bought TOTW Landeskog and TOTW Byfuglien. Espacially Byfuglien is a beast for me!!

i move Parise down, had him on the first but i tried Voracek there, just wanted to flip the guy. so probably gonna sell Parise.
im not sold on Bergeron either.

i also got Tyler Johnson* and TOTW Zucarello*, Mov JVR * to place on the 3rd or 4th line.

bigger problem is the D, too many players right now and the Lindholm on my bench might finaly get an upgrade.
i dont know who to sell off.
