Possible CBA changes

Just saw an article on tsn.ca that stated that the draft age may go up to 19 next year. I just wanted to remind people when making trades, to keep in mind that we may make changes next year in accordance with the new CBA, things like draft age, lower UFA age etc. Once the new CBA is officially signed and released, we wil make our plans for the future, but I just want to make sure nobody gets caught unawares if things change for 2006-7.
