It's the federal holiday for New Years Day. So everyone won't be at work.

As long as it's not in baseball stadium outdoor games rock. The Winter Classic at the Big House was awesome

Why did they pick BMO field? such a small stadium at 30k, barely above a hockey rink.

They added in a temp stand in the north end and another one above the existing south stand to get to 40K

Also, there's no other place to hold it in Toronto. If you open the Rogers Centre roof in January it'll never close again.
