By taking undisciplined penalties?

They do take a lot of penalties although they play a style most teams abandon now (sadly, due to the sad state of the sport). So I enjoy that aspect of watching the Cougars. Wish more teams would play physical and rough up opponents. Problem with the Cougars is they don't have enough skill. You can get away with that if you have enough talent.
