Plus/minus differential last 3 years

Greetings,

my fantasy league now counts plus/minus differential as 0.5 pool points. I am trying to find the average (or raw data) plus/minus rating for every player in the NHL in the past 3 years, or less if they have played less than 3 seasons.

Any idea how i could get that kind of worksheet?

All players:

They display 100 results at a time so if you wanted a complete list you'd need to copy and paste each page into excel.
